WJY & Co REG is seeking investment partners in the acquisition of a167-unit apartment complex and 80 storage units in Amarillo, Texas. The goal of this investment is to take a high vacancy, class C complex and rehabilitate the down units, as well as un remodeled units as tenants move out. This will allow us to attract higher quality renters, command higher rents, and achieve stability.
